The short version
Nothing here tracks you: no trackers, no ads, no cookies. The game's page counts visits in aggregate, without cookies. Your saves, settings and game files stay on your device. Beyond that we see only what any web server sees, and what you choose to send with REPORT.
Who we are
D2 Survivors is run by Francisco Martínez, in Spain, who is responsible for your data (the controller). Write to [email protected] about anything here.
On your device
Your browser's storage (localStorage, and OPFS for the Diablo II files you import) holds your saves, your settings and your own game files. None of it leaves your device, except a save you export yourself.
Hosting and server logs
The site runs on a virtual server from MVPS, in Spain, with Cloudflare in front of it for delivery and security. Cloudflare sees each visitor's IP address.
Our web server (Caddy) logs each request: the IP address, the time, the page asked for and the browser (its user agent). The logs are kept 30 days, to keep the site secure and to count visits. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
Visit counts (Umami)
The game's page counts visits with Umami, a cookieless analytics tool run by the developer: pages viewed, referrer, browser, device type and country, counted in aggregate, with no cookies and no profile of you. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
REPORT
REPORT, in the game, is optional: nothing is sent unless you send it.
- What it sends: what you type; a handle, if you give one (@name or u/name); a screenshot, which you can untick; and the game's context with diagnostics: the build, platform, language, browser user agent, GPU and memory facts, and recent errors.
- What happens to it: our server doesn't log it. It counts reports per address only as a salted hash held in memory; the address itself is never stored. The report is filed in Linear (Linear Orbit, Inc., USA), where bugs and ideas are sorted.
- How long: kept while it's useful, and deleted when you ask by email. Legal basis: your consent, given by sending it.
The desktop app
The app sends no telemetry. It checks d2survivors.lol/download/ for updates, which shows in the access log like any visit.
Links and tips
Links out (Discord, X, Ko-fi, Blizzard's shop) lead to services with their own privacy policies. Ko-fi tips are handled by Ko-fi: we never see your payment details.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to access, correct or erase your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to take it with you (portability). Write to [email protected]. You can also complain to Spain's data protection authority, the AEPD (aepd.es). The site isn't aimed at children under 14.

내 기기에 저장되는 것
브라우저 저장소(localStorage, 그리고 가져온 디아블로 II 파일을 위한 OPFS)에 저장 데이터, 설정, 직접 가져온 게임 파일이 보관됩니다. 사용자가 직접 내보내는 저장 데이터를 빼면 어떤 것도 기기 밖으로 나가지 않습니다.
호스팅과 서버 로그
사이트는 스페인에 있는 MVPS의 가상 서버에서 운영되며, 전송과 보안을 위해 앞단에 Cloudflare를 둡니다. Cloudflare는 방문자의 IP 주소를 봅니다.
웹 서버(Caddy)는 요청마다 IP 주소, 시각, 요청한 페이지, 브라우저(사용자 에이전트)를 기록합니다. 로그는 사이트 보안과 방문자 수 집계를 위해 30일간 보관됩니다. 법적 근거: 정당한 이익.
방문 수 집계 (Umami)
게임 페이지는 개발자가 직접 운영하는 쿠키 없는 분석 도구 Umami로 방문 수를 셉니다. 본 페이지, 유입 경로, 브라우저, 기기 종류, 국가를 집계 형태로만 세며, 쿠키도 사용자 프로필도 만들지 않습니다. 법적 근거: 정당한 이익.
제보
게임의 제보 기능은 선택 사항입니다. 직접 보내지 않으면 아무것도 전송되지 않습니다.
- 보내는 내용: 입력한 글, 원할 때 남기는 아이디(@name 또는 u/name), 체크를 해제할 수 있는 스크린샷, 그리고 게임 상황과 진단 정보(빌드, 플랫폼, 언어, 브라우저 사용자 에이전트, GPU와 메모리 정보, 최근 오류).
- 처리 방식: 저희 서버는 제보를 로그로 남기지 않습니다. 주소별 제보 횟수는 메모리에만 두는 솔트 해시로만 세며, 주소 자체는 저장되지 않습니다. 제보는 버그와 아이디어를 분류하기 위해 Linear(Linear Orbit, Inc., 미국)에 등록됩니다.
- 보관 기간: 쓸모가 있는 동안 보관되며, 이메일로 요청하면 삭제합니다. 법적 근거: 제보를 보내는 것으로 표시한 동의.
데스크톱 앱
앱은 원격 측정 데이터를 보내지 않습니다. 업데이트를 확인하려고 d2survivors.lol/download/ 에 접속하며, 이는 일반 방문처럼 접속 로그에 남습니다.
외부 링크와 후원
외부 링크(디스코드, X, Ko-fi, Blizzard 상점)는 각 서비스의 개인정보 처리방침을 따릅니다. Ko-fi 후원은 Ko-fi가 처리하며, 저희는 결제 정보를 볼 수 없습니다.
